紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度及影響因素:
紙箱耐壓強(qiáng)度是許多商品包裝要求的重要的質(zhì)量指標(biāo),測(cè)試時(shí)將瓦楞紙箱放在兩壓板之間,加壓至紙箱壓潰時(shí)的壓力,即為紙箱耐壓強(qiáng)度,用KN表示。
預(yù)定紙箱耐壓強(qiáng)度
紙箱要求有一定的耐壓強(qiáng)度,是因?yàn)榘b商品后在貯運(yùn)過程中堆碼在低層的紙箱受到上部紙箱的壓力,為了不至于壓塌,必須具有合適的抗壓強(qiáng)度,紙箱的耐壓強(qiáng)度用下列公式計(jì)算:

W----紙箱裝貨后重量,N
n----堆碼層數(shù)
K----堆碼安全系數(shù)
堆碼層數(shù)n根據(jù)堆碼高度H與單個(gè)紙箱高度h求出,n=H/h
堆碼安全系數(shù)根據(jù)貨物堆碼的層數(shù)來(lái)確定,國(guó)標(biāo)規(guī)定:
貯存期小于30d取K=1.6
貯存期30d-100d取K=1.65
貯存期大于100d取K=2.0

The stacking safety factor is determined according to the number of layers of goods stacked. The national standard stipulates:
If the storage period is less than 30d, k=1.6
Storage period: 30d-100d, k=1.65
If the storage period is greater than 100D, take k=2.0
